About the MCF Scholarship Program
The MCF Scholarship is designed to help GCE A/L students from low-income families who are about to begin their Advanced Level studies in 2026. It is specifically intended for students who have not received financial assistance from any other scholarship provider and need support to continue their education.
This scholarship is open to students who plan to study in key streams such as:
- Science
- Mathematics
- Commerce
- Arts
- Technology
Providing scholarships in these diverse streams helps ensure that talented students in both academic and technical fields are supported to achieve their educational goals.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the MCF Scholarship for A/L 2026, applicants must:
✔ Be eligible to commence GCE A/L studies in 2026
✔ Belong to a low-income family
✔ Not already be receiving any other scholarship support from another institution
✔ Follow one of the accepted A/L streams listed above
This scholarship is particularly helpful for students facing financial barriers to continuing education after the O/L level.

Application Deadline: 2026.01.30
All applications, including the completed application form and supporting documents, must be submitted by registered post before the deadline. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted for the selection process.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview as part of the final selection process, and scholarship awards will be made based on merit and need.
