Job Role: Team Leader – Card Centre
The Team Leader – Card Centre is a key position within the Card Centre division of Peoples Bank, focusing on credit card promotions and team performance. Responsibilities include: People’s Bank
- Leading and supervising a team of Sales Promotion Officers
- Identifying and approaching potential customers to promote credit cards
- Ensuring monthly and annual sales targets are met
- Responding to customer inquiries professionally
- Conducting product awareness and training sessions
- Identifying new sales channels and growth opportunities
This is a sales-driven leadership role that requires strong people management and customer interaction skills. People’s Bank
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Team Leader – Card Centre position at Peoples Bank: People’s Bank
✔ Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka
✔ Passed at least six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in target-driven sales or marketing (banking experience is an advantage)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service
✔ Holding a valid motorcycle driving license is a plus
✔ Age should be under 50 as of the application closing date People’s Bank
Employment Terms and Salary
- Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for one year (with possible renewal based on performance)
- Monthly Allowance: Rs. 85,000 /- + incentives under the official Peoples Bank Card Sales Scheme
- Monthly and quarterly performance evaluations determine continuation of the contract People’s Bank
